What is an eBook?
An eBook is a digital equivalent of a book featuring text, images, web links, video and more optimized for display on a workstation, laptop or tablet computer such as an iPad. eBooks are made available in PDF file format and are best viewed in Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Are eBooks also available in print?
eBooks are by definition optimized to be read on home or mobile computer (see above) and are not available for purchase in print form. Printing a copy for personal use is permitted (see below).

Can I print my purchased eBook?
eBooks can be printed for personal use, but in print form lack many of the interactive features provided within the file. Printing an entire eBook may result in inconsistent results, but some pages (e.g. Field Checklists) have been designed for print. For such pages do not print with Page Scaling enabled. Beyond this tip at this time technical support for printing issues is not available.

Can I send a digital copy of the eBook to a friend or make a professional printed copy?
No. Your purchase entitles you to a personal copy of the eBook. Sharing or making professional printed copies of the ebook is in violation of international copyright laws. A purchase is required by each person accessing a copy of the file.

I have a page that is missing images/videos in my eBook.
The page you're accessing contains embedded Flash videos. Unfortunately Flash videos are not available for viewing on iOS devices (iPad, iPhone, etc.) Where Flash videos have been embedded in our eBooks we've also provided links to view the videos on YouTube directly. Check the page you're having problems with and look for the "Video" link(s) in the caption(s) to click through to YouTube. Where possible YouTube will make available an HTML5 version of the videos compatible with iOS devices.
